I'm a current Sophomore at Morehead State University. I'm an English major with a minor in Philosophy and currently hold a 3.8 GPA.
Experience
I've done mild previous tutoring in Math and Biology for the high school level, though the majority of my tutoring experience lies in English and Reading. I've taken several college English courses so far, along with 7 AP courses while in High School. I graduated Valedictorian of Magoffin County High School and scored a 31 on the ACT exam, with a 35 on the English portion. I was also a member of FEA (Future Educators of America). I want to tutor because I'm pursuing a career in teaching. This will allow me to gain experience and learn what it takes to be a good leader in the classroom!

Hobbies
First off, I love to write whether it's an essay, a poem, or a novel in progress. I'm that nerd that loves learning and teaching, and it always makes me feel good to know I've helped someone achieve their own goals. I'm a pet lover and really wish I had more time to kick back at the lake fishing, reading a good book. I have a completely open personality, am really easy to get along with, and will make sure the tutoring experience is enjoyable as well as beneficial!
